SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
We ship all over the world.
All orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Local Delivery Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free local delivery is available for orders within Malta and can be collected from our Warehouse in St Julians.
Courier Deliveries in Malta are made on Mondays & Thursdays and in Gozo on Saturdays.
If you would like to pick up your order, after placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. You will receive an email with instructions when your order is ready for pick up.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9am to 7pm Monday - Friday and 9am to 12pm on Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you.
We offer international shipping worldwide.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Crab and whale is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For returns contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return is accepted, we advise to create a separate purchase for what you wish to exchange your item for.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
